Overview
Aid4All is an AI-powered public health tool designed to help low-income individuals understand and access the aid programs they qualify for. Through an intelligent chatbot interface, users can answer simple questions about their circumstances and receive personalized guidance on available benefits, eligibility requirements, and application processes.
The Challenge
Millions of Americans are eligible for assistance programs but never receive benefits due to complex eligibility requirements, confusing application processes, and lack of awareness. This leaves vulnerable populations without critical support for housing, food, healthcare, and more.
Our Approach
We built an accessible, conversational AI system that meets users where they are. The chatbot asks straightforward questions, processes responses against a comprehensive database of federal, state, and local programs, and provides clear, actionable guidance tailored to each individual's situation.
